Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the clinic to ensure a stress-free arrival.
Location
We are located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
Initial form
For your first appointment, we invite you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete your initial health assessment if this has not been done online.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our professionals and our waiting patients, 24 hours' notice is required for any change or cancellation of appointment.
