Zero Tolerance and Intervention Measures
No behavior undermining dignity or physical and psychological integrity will be tolerated:
- Derogatory remarks, insults, shouting, or aggressive language.
- Unwanted advances, inappropriate gestures, or remarks of a sexual nature.
- Intimidation, threats, or physical violence.
Right to terminate care: Any team member reserves the right to end a session immediately, without notice, in the event of discomfort or misconduct.
Administrative Terms and Conditions
- Any serious violation will result in the immediate termination of care as well as the permanent closure of the client's file.
- The clinic reserves the right to charge for the session in full.
- No insurance receipt, certificate, or treatment note will be issued for a consultation interrupted due to misconduct.
