Appointment Guidelines
All consultations are available by appointment only ,including same-day appointments. Please contact us to check availability.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. Our system sends automated reminders via email or SMS. We invite you to check your messages regularly to confirm your attendance.
Why is this important?
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. A last-minute cancellation or a no-show has a direct impact:
- It prevents other patients in need from accessing that time slot.
- It results in a loss of income for our therapists, who are paid per session.
